Toggle control in Gallery firing OnCheck twice

Hi,

I am using toggle control in gallery. I am observing weird behaviour for only first row of gallery.

Below are the settings of toggle control

Default = Variable (true / false)

OnCheck = Patch (Insert Gallery's current row (ThisItem) in SQL table)

If variable = true for first row, it is triggering OnCheck twice. This is happening only for first row.

Can anyone put more light on it?
