Toggle disappears when display mode set to "view"

I have added a few toggles on a detail form to indicate a yes/no option from the database bit fields.

Being a Detail Form and not and Edit Form I want the toggles to be view only and not allow the user to edit/slide the toggle.

However, when I change the Display Mode of the toggle to view, it disappears.  Only Edit and Disabled show the control.

Any help to understand how to use this correctly is appreciated.

Michael

Hi,

This should be the way how the mode works with the toggle control:

For the DisplayMode proeprty:

"

DisplayMode – Whether the control allows user input (Edit), only displays data (View), or is disabled (Disabled).

"

More information, see:

Toggle control in PowerApps

And if you would like this behavior to be changed, then please consider submit it as an idea:

Michael
