Toggle, label and text box

Hi,

I have a toggle, label and text box using an edit form. My issue is that when user says no the label disappers and i am left with a text box to enter data. When i enter anything in the text box on my data source which is a SharePoint list the No value does not show up. It only shows Yes it does not matter whether i choose yes or no in the toggle it only shows in my Sharepoint list as Yes. Is there a reason why?

Hi @patty789 ,

Could you describe more clearly about these three controls' relationship?

Do you mean that if you trun off the toggle, the label disappears, if you enter data in the textinput, the toggle disappears?

Do you also want to use toggle to update the field in sharepoint list?

Could you tell me the field's data type that you want to update with this toggle?

1)The first demand:

Set the label's Visible:

If(Toggle1.Value=false,false,true)

Set the toggle's Visible:

If(IsBlank(!Textinput.Text),false,true)

2)the second demand:

if the field is text/yes or no type

set the toggle's datacard's Update:

Toggle1.Value

if the field is choice type(true/false)

set the toggle's datacard's Update:

{Value:Toggle1.Value}

@patty789

The UPDATE property of a DataCard controls what happens when the form is submitted to Sharepoint.  Can you please share the code for the UPDATE property of the TextBox/Label?
