Trigger a Pop up if duplicate found in Sharepoint Fields

I have a Sharepoint list Called "Tracker"

Tracker has Three  Fields =  Name, Date , Address

Data is collected through a (Radio Selection )

I need a pop up to show "There was a Duplicate Entry found" when the same Name, Date (todays/current date), Address were collected in my Sharepoint list.

I have:

OnSelect: (on my third Radio (Radio3)

LookUp (Tracker),

If ( Radio1.Selected.Value).Name

&&

If (Radio2.Selected.Value).Date(Today)

&&

If (Radio3.Selected.Value).Address

UpdateContext({popup1: true})

I am clearly doing something wrong and can't figure it out. Any help would be great!

Thanks

Hi @Sahara22

If you put this in the Visible property of your popup and all the conditions are met, then it should become visible

!IsBlank(
         LookUp (
                 Tracker, Radio1.Selected.Value=Name,
                 Radio2.Selected.Value=Today(),
                 Radio3.Selected.Value=Address
          )
)

@RodCha and @Drrickryp , Thank you so much!

@Drrickryp , This worked Perfect thank you...

If I were to add a forth item (ID Code, Sharepoint field name) from a scanner value to check as well, how would I do that?

!IsBlank(
LookUp (
Tracker, Radio1.Selected.Value=Name,
Radio2.Selected.Value=Today(),
Radio3.Selected.Value=Address,

'ID Code':
LookUp(
Table2,
EMPID1=Value(Right(BarcodeScanner1.Value,Len(BarcodeScanner1.Value)-2))
).IDNEW

)
)

Thanks again!

With({ItsTrue: !IsBlank(
                        LookUp(
                               Table2,EMPID1=Value(
                                                  Right(
                                                        BarcodeScanner1.Value,Len(
                                                                                   BarcodeScanner1.Value
                                                                              )-2
                                                  )
                                              ), IDNEW
                           )
                 )},
   !IsBlank(
         LookUp (
                 Tracker, Radio1.Selected.Value=Name,
                 Radio2.Selected.Value=Today(),
                 Radio3.Selected.Value=Address
          ) && ItsTrue
    )

@Drrickryp , Thanks for the fast Reply,

is "ItsTrue" my "ID Code" Sharepoint field?

@Sahara22
Nope, ItsTrue is a temporary variable that will either be true or false depending on the lookup finding a value.

@Drrickryp ,

Please read this unresolved 50 item thread on the topic - it may help you.

@Sahara22 , starting a new thread without referring to the related work done before is not helpful to the responder/s.

@WarrenBelz , I ended the thread because I didn't want to bother you any more.

I did not want to give a whole story as my only issue is a "Pop Up".

Thank you.
