Trigger flow on update of multiselect option set field

I want to trigger flow on update of multiselect option set field on opportunity. 

I have created flow on update of field which is multiselect option set on opportunity, it is working fine when I am updating that field on opportunity. But, on create of opportunity if we set that field as well then it is behaving differently, the flow is calling 2 times. 

I think the flow should not even trigger when I am creating opportunity because my trigger is on update of opportunity. 

Please help me to understand how this is happening and how to achieve my functionality.

Have you selected any value on multiselect option set field on create of entity record?

Because in my case as well the flow is triggering only if on create I fill the multiselect field along with other fields on form and then save.

Did found one more thing. 

On create of opportunity, there is another flow running which updates another field on opportunity. So that is why multiselect flow is running. But one thing I didn't understand, the multiselect flow have trigger on update of opportunity and I have selected only the multiselect field on the selected column(please see in below screenshot, highlighted with red) on that trigger then why this flow is triggering on update of another field?

This is because we are using multiselect option set field? Is this microsoft bug?

As per Microsoft flow we cannot trigger based on a Particular Table Rows and  Select column is used for Retrieving Particular row. 🙂
