Are you referrring Logic Apps to Microsoft Flow or ?
For MS Flow, you need to create the flow and added from PowerApps. Flow and you can then use it by
- Add a Button
- Link to flow name as added.

Based on what I know, currently there is no direct way to trigger Logic App from PowerApps.
You should be able to run the logic App trigger using Custom API under PowerApps:
You may also consider to run a flow within PowerApps, and use the HTTP action to trigger a logic App:

As per the video logic apps link is seen in the left navigation for power apps.When i log in i dont see the option. Can you tell me if there is something missing .
