On a journey for an answer...
Filter 1 - Returns all content no matter the user.
Sort(Filter(ParkListCollection(Title=ParkAlpha), Title, Ascending)
Filter 2 - Returns ONLY those parks that are located in the 'region' the user is located in IF the user has a ProgramHierarchy of 'Region' (different usage than the location 'region' term?).
If(varIsHierarchyRegion, Sort(Distinct(Filter(MembeList(, Region=Dropdown1.Selected.Region),Park), Result, Ascending)
How do I combine the two so that the logic recogizes whether the user is ProgramHierarchy 'Region' or not; if yes only show the user parks in their region; if no show all parks in every region?
I've attepted that a dozen times still can't get it right.
This returns all locations in a specific region based on the member's region and if the member has a ProgramHierarchy of 'Region').
This returns all locations regardless of region, defaulting to the user's home park (required).
Sort(Filter(ParkListCollection, Title=varParkAlpha), Title, Ascending)
Everyone of my attempts to merge the to returns and error. Any thoughts?

It seems to be a syntax issue; I just can't figure it out. Independently both formulas work fine. I just cannat figure out how to combine the two into one - If 'Region' then, if not then.
