Yes @Reza that is my scenario. Two completely different list schemas. IF you open an item in List 1 you will see the correct form. Go to the other list and open an item and the form from List 1 opens. If you refresh the page, the correct form opens. It seems like SharePoint is caching the app id somehow (just my theory).
I've opened a Microsoft support ticket and the product team is looking into it.
I'm curious to understand... How can this bug appear for some users around the wolrd and not others ? Is it country-specific ? Datacenter-specific ? PowerApps core version-specific ? Because I was never able to reproduce it on any of my tenants...
@Lcrosskill - This was a bug that the product team fixed. Not sure if it was a PowerApps or SharePoint bug but if you are seeing it I would open a support ticket.
