UL PIC insert into HTML BOX

Hi.  I've made an app.  The third column is a single non-editable html text box that I genrate using columns 1 and 2.

is it possible to UL a photo and hard code it into the html box??  I don't understand html very well and that includes pictures.

Yes, there is a way to add image into HTML Text control, it supports the <img> tag together with the image URL.

 

For example:

Under the HTMLText property of the control, enter the following:

"Show your <b><font color=blue>HTML</font></b> text here.
<img src=""https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTf8peeAQ8Jbw4lowjdYM9OYVJFJr8EwgGNTsJ6BtbqPdNHWz2m""
alt=""Testing"" width=""500"" height=""100"">"

Which would give you the following result:

I've got the Embed a URL down...easy peasy.

So I would like to clarify-

Is there a way to convert a .jpeg UL into something that i can hardcode into the html?
As i read...i think it's base64?
