Unable edit powerapps

 

my user today unable access the and edit the powerapps with this msg. He have tried clear browsing history. However, I can access and edit the powerapps.  Why this happen? we have same licenses type as follows. he have tried browser chrome ,firefox etc.same. Pls advise.

Normally it happened with user who keep the browser opening for a long time. If there is an update in backend, some resource files will be updated and user's browser may still has the older version of those files if they don't reboot their computer.

Does the issue still persist or not?

No more. after the users clear cache many time and start computer many time. Thanks.
