Would like to ask for some help, we have built a PowerApp, which runs fine on most devices; however one of our users is unable to authenticate the Outlook365 connector on his mobile phone.
We get the following error message.
Any advice on how to resolve is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Check for the user permission if MFA (multi factor authentication) is enabled Or what is the access level given to the user .
Is he getting the error sent in screenshot when tried to loginto the O365 account through mobile or when he is trying to access the Power Apps directly from his mobile ?

An update that issue is resolved, user had re-installed PowerApps on his phone and is now able to authenticate Outlook365 connector.
For record:
1. User is listed as "co-owner" for the app, permissions for
2. User able to authenticate OneDrive for business connector etc at PowerApps main screen
3. User experienced the error when trying to authenticate the Outlook365 connector at PowerApps main screen
