Unable to Edit PowerApp

As of 12:00 today after saving and closing an the app I was editing, I am unable to now edit the same powerapp.  Opening the app in play mode works fine.
App ID:  64adcd8e-3391-43fc-9e63-fbc20646777a

 

Error received when trying to edit:  "Error opening file.  There was an error opening the file."

 

I have already tried exporting the package and then importing it with a different name.  Same result.  Please assist.
