Unable to Show/hide single line of text based on a drop-down choice

I have a SharePoint online custom list, which contain these 5 fields:-

1. Deal --> choice with 2 choices (Yes & No).

2. Deal1 --> single line of text

3. Deal2 --> single line of text

4. Deal3 --> single line of text

5. Deal4 --> managed metadata

now i want to apply the following:-

If the user select No from Deal choice to hide Deal1.

So i did these steps:-

1. i select Deal1  >> under visibility >> i wrote this:-

deal1.png

but this did not have any effect and Deal1 will always be shown. so can anyone advice on this please?

Sorry, you should expand the Card for deal_Datacard1.  Then the field name starts with something like "DataCardValue"

If(DataCardValue2.Selected.Value = "Yes", true, false)

Replace DataCardValue2 with whatever its called in your app.

Instead of the card deal_Datacard1 you must target the dropdown instead. This usually starts with val_. Everything else is right
