So, just a few days ago I could easily add Flows to my Powerapps.
However, since yesterday I cannot add any Flow to any Powerapps.
I created the simplest possible Flow (called OC-Test):
and when I try to add it to the simple (new) PowerApp, I get "Registerring error":
This happens for every application and for every Flow.
I bought five "per app plan" licenses, maybe it has to do with it ?
Can you go to the PowerApps trigger on the flow and select the three dots, then select Peek Code. Make sure that all the variable that you have defined are of string type. Once that is done, save the flow and try to add it again in the canvas app.
Hope this Helps!

Unfortunately, this is not the problem.
I cannot add any Flow to any Powerapp, even if I set directly the value of the variable. This App was just for the test.
All these examples worked a few days ago.....
Unfortunately, it doesn't work on any browser on any of the users in organization.
As I wrote before, this applies to all applications and flows, both existing and new ones.
This is probably not the solution in your case, but I will throw it in as I experienced what appears to be the same error randomly a while ago. I use two accounts (a generic service account for smooth transition if I leave and my own). I found that to add a flow to a PowerApps, you needed to be logged in as the same user that created the flow.
@BematechTeams - I still waiting. I'm confused too, it bloks my project.....
The last update I received on Thrusday from Microsoft backend team is:
