Unable to change account on "Sorry we didn't find that app" screen

When I try to open PA app using direct link I can see information that the app cannot be found. However: - account info in upper-right corner is missing - I can;t check which account I'm using. I can't even sign out and change account - the waffle button (app luncher button) is unclickable - it's just an icon without any action attached. I expect to has at least option to sign out.
