Unable to edit existing record (form comes up empty)

I have created a PowerApps form based on a SharePoint list. I am able to create a record using the form when I use the "New" button.

However when I select the record and press the "Edit" button to update the record, the fields are coming up empty. Please see screenshots below. Any help is highly appreciated.

Please check this it will help you EditForm, NewForm, SubmitForm, ResetForm, and ViewForm functions in Power Apps and Show, edit, or add a record in a canvas app

I figured it out. There is code that comes by default when you create the form. This is what it should look like. Once I changed it, it worked. 

This must be a bug from Microsoft.
