Unable to obtain access token for resource 'https://apihub.azure.com'

Anyone experience this and have a reasonable work around?

We have a very simple App that uses a SPList Backend and only a few fields being written back with a simple Patch.

The caveat here is that we need users to get to the app via their Mobile Browser on their phones and not have the requirement to use the native app.  ((These are their personal devices and we cannot force them to download the app)).

When hitting the App via the Browser in our testing, some users experienced an Authentication Loop where they were continually being asked to sign-in.  We narrowed it down the this error: "Unable to obtain access token for resource 'https://apihub.azure.com'" which seems to be related to the use of Cookies.

On the mobile device browser settings, but we disable cross-site tracking, the app does not seem to error.  However, this is a security setting we cannot ask users to disable.  The oddity is that the issue appears to be inconsistent.

I seem to be at a dead-end as all the solutions I have come across require user-end setting changes which is not viable.

In one or two cases, the issue also was experienced on a desktop browser.

Any help or pointers are greatly appreciated.

Re: Unable to obtain access token for resource 'https://apihub.azure.com'

Hello,

Based on my understanding, these errors gets logged due to client / browser specific configurations or restrictions and there is little which can be done from Power Apps side.

If you don't get any other suggestions, I would suggest creating a Support Ticket with Microsoft to check if there are any other validations or changes which can be done on the mobile client side.
