Unable to open or edit an app that was saved - crashes

This post is regarding Session ID: 4d9b44bb-df17-9447-537f-97e05f3ff684

I have been working on an app for some time and have saved multiple times (24 versions) and suddenly I'm unable to open the app for editing. Have tried both the desktop designer and the web designer to no avail.

Every time the designer opens it just crashes and asks me to start a new session. Have tried different browsers, PCs aso.


How do I get back to working on my app?

What’s your current situation? Are you still having the issue?

I am not able to reproduce this issue on my side, I can open all the apps that which I have saved several times on my side without issues.

Could you please try to restore the app to a previous version to see if it will work?

When you run the app on Web player, please try to clear cache and then login with InPrivate mode to see if it works.

Yes still have the issue. Microsoft support is working on it now. Building a new app in parallel from scratch as I can't wait an unknown amount of time. Hopefully the new app does not experience the same. It takes a lot of time to make it again because I can't even get into the old app to read configuration.



We just released our latest update in the store. Can you please try and see if this fixes your issue?


If it doesn't, can you please open a service request?
