Unable to publish latest version of the app

Hi,

The version I am able to publish was last modified on

10/19/2020, 1:54:02 PM

The version I WANT to publish was last modified on the same day but in a different time:

10/19/2020, 2:17:02 PM

When I select the desired version, the option to publish it does not come up as it should. Only lets me publish previous versions.

What should I try doing? Any ideas?

App was created on:

7/24/2020, 8:19:56 AM and the live version is from the same day and time.. Please help

If you edit the app and then save it, does it not come up then with the Publish button?  It should.
