Unable to see members or share with new staff

Hi,

I had started rolling out my PowerApp to staff last week. Everything was working fine up until Tuesday this week. When I selected share and the window opened, I could no longer see staff whom I had already shared the app and a message at the top of the screen appeared stating ' the user has not been assigned any license'.

I contacted tech support at my worksplace and they advised that I did have a license and to clear my cookies. I tried that and a clearly imaged device.

 

I am able to search for new staff, but the share button is shaded out.

Any ideas?

Sorry about the problems with sharing your apps. We've identified the bug and are pushing out a fix that will be available by tomorrow morning. If you continue to see problems please post here. 

 

Sidenote...if any of you are using Solutions or Entities, are those working fine?

I have a user with the same prb. License are OF (E3 + PowerApps + Flow). 

The prb is not related to the app as a test has been done with a blank app.

Thanks @Jdriele I also tried creating a new blank app and had other members of staff also try. Neither of us can share. Highly frustrating.

An now I am affected too. It was not the case during my diagnosis phase.

@Jdriele Can I just confirm that those who already had access can still use the application without any trouble? I had added 19 staff without issue and they are still able to use it.

 

I am licensed under Microsoft 365 A5 for faculty.

 

Hopefully someone can share some insight ASAP

We have the same issue in our environment, we don't see members lists for all our apps. However apps work fine and everybody can access them.

This could be part of a larger issue in the Power Platform. We are seeing the same issue in our tenant and have opened a case with Microsoft to investigate.

Thanks. I can confirm that the problem has been solved and new users may now be added and the list of current users seen.
