Unable to sign in on the mobile app

I'm unable to log into PowerApps. I'm on Pixel 3 Andriod. 

I've uninstalled, reinstalled cleared cache etc and still am unable to sign in and get the attached message.

Looking at the iOS version, there is an email field above sign in which doesn't appear for me as shown.

 

Any help greatly appreciated!

I've tested my IOS decive but not met the same problem like your description.

Please check your device system whether meet the requirments:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/limits-and-config

If your device just meet Minimum required, your app may also perform not good.

What's more, please try to remove just the Microsoft Authenticator.

Have you installed the app on internal storage or an SD-Card?

Hi,

Thanks to those responding. To answer both questions, it's on the internal memory and is a Pixel 3 so the minimum requirements are met.

There is no field to enter an email address on the first page, only the 'sign in' button.

If you have it on local storage and you meet the minimum requirements I have no further suggestion to help you.
Only to do what v-yutliu-msft suggested: remove the Microsoft Authenticator if you have that installed on your phone.

Thanks all for the assistance! I uninstalled the authenticator app and the PowerApp app now is working as expected, so I guess this is an issue with the Authenticator app rather than the PowerApp app.
