Unsupported Slack app

Hi Powerapps,

A customer asked us to install the integration with your app (https://ns-sandbox.slack.com/apps/A5FLWLYR0-microsoft-power-platform); however Slack says it's unsupported and we are unable to get it to work.

Could you pleas help us?
