Update Custom Connector created using Azure API Management

Hi All,

I created a custom Connector using Azure API Management. I successfully deployed the connector using the simple one-click deploy method straight from API Management. I have since made changes to the API (the API itself, not the underlying data).

What is the recommended method of re-deploying this connector to multiple environment which have applications that use the connector?

When I try to go through the one-click deployment method, I get this error message:

Should I export the swagger file from APIM and then update the connector manually in each environment?

Is there a recommended approach?

Thanks everyone.

Hi @lkaspar ,

I would suggest adding this connector to a solution and then deploy it to each environment you need. You can even automate this process (e.g. with Azure DevOps)

Hi @PTBBSolutions,

Thanks for the input but that doesn't help me in how I should update the connector in my Development environment after I made changes in APIM.
