Update a Sub Grid using Power Automate

Hello,

I am trying to update a subgrid using power automate. 

When a new community record is created, we want to add it to the corresponding team subgrid. 

We have a 1:N relationship so one Team has multiple communities. The subgrid on the Teams form shows all of the communities with the same key. 

Is there a way to automatically add the community to the subgrid? We are trying to establish the relationship between the two, and i dont know how else to do it other than adding it to the subgrid. 

I was able to trigger the flow when the record is updated or created, but i dont know which option to use to create the relationship/ add the new record to the Team subgrid.
