Hello! I am very new to SQL, but am trying to utilize it more. I would like to use an SQL table to store some data from/for an app, but I would like to know if it is possible to, when a new item is created, or the SQL table is updated, update/create an item in another file (Excel or SharePoint list). Would I be able to use a Flow for that? Thanks!

Might not be the right Forum for this really, but yes, you could create a File from Flow based on information that PowerApps has (e.g. SQL Query). I've done this to create .JSON files for other operations to act on.
