Update a group of records in SharePoint above the delegation

I have a list that grows by groups of 144 records with each audit.  So it passes the delegation of 500 very quickly.  My Issue is I want to set the status of each record in a group to be set to closed when complete.  I was doing this with UpdateIF() but that fails on records above 500.  I got Patch to work but only on one record so thought something like a forall() with patch but this fails as well,

Are there any formulas that will fix thsi issue?

Hi @leyburn19,

I think this cannot be achieved so far in PowerApps. Since you want to submit multiple records at one click, the related functions could be Patch/Collect, but both functions do not support delegation.

For your reference:

Understand delegation

Thanks _ I am totally acroos this delegation problem and can just about do a work around for most things.  I feel the big frustration is when you use <> etc and these are not delegable in SharePoint.  I really need this capability based on dates and I have wll over the 500.  I find it astonishing that they are all ok in SQL DB yet Sharepoint which I think sits on the almighty Azure is not.
