Update default time from time record (SQL)

Hi all,

Hope someone can provide some advice.

I have a custom timePicker control within a textbox:

I can successfully retrieve the corresponding time from the SQL record it relates to. I have the following code in the default property of the textbox:

Text(recordID.Sepa_Point_Date_From, "hh:mm")

The original code for updating the time, using the timePicker component is:

Text(TimePicker_2.Value, ShortTime)

Both code elements work individually but I am struggling with being able to first load in the time from the SQL record AND being able to update it. Currently, the time loads in from the DB Record, but I am unable to change it, as in - the time I select using the timePicker component won't update.

How do I first load in the time value from the SQL record and then update it?

My default property is not correct, but I am unsure if I can achieve this all within the default property, or can I utilise the onChange property?

Just a little unsure how I can achieve this.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Doug
