Update extra attributes for Azure AD Users in Canvas

Hello

I want to create an app for each user to update their profile, however there are some extra attributes that are not by default in Azure AD, like an "about me" section where they can write.

There is a posibility to create extra attributes? and this can be updated from a canvas app?

I looked for it but they got me to a part where I need to create a Graph  connector and it did not anywhere.
