Ok, I fixed the column names to match in SQL (all three views) . This was done in SQL not the Rename() function. All read like this "Promo_on_ItemsCategoryName". I also changed the Switch() function to reflect the changes. Now, the combobox drops down and it looks like there is something in it but blank, sort of like a white font if that makes sense?
Ok, here's the scoop. This is strange.
Based on my last reply about the blank/white font stuff. I tried selecting one even though I can't see it.
I then submitted the form, went to SQL and checked the data. Guess what? It is there! Wow! Now, I have a different issue.
Do you know what that might be?
You are seeing blank options because you also have to change these properties of your ComboBox. PowerApps is not smart enough to do it automatically
Just an fyi, I am new to PowerApps and I can't thank you enough for getting my project going. You helped a lot and solved my problem.
