Update text input value based on toggle

Orange highlighted field is Toggle & Green highlighted field is Text Input.

I want to update green field to say "Pending" whenever the toggle field is checked "ON"

I would try?

 

Put an if statement in the default value of the "Report Owner Signed off"

@JayMagness Keep getting Circular Referencing Error as below- tried that many times, and i don't want to use Variables, have enough of them already
