Updates to PowerApp not propagating to users

When I make some changes to the app in the PowerApp Studio, then save it, publish it, I don't see the changes reflected in one of the users who is using the app.  They closed out and signed back in and it still does not show the changes.  I looked at my own public app and looks like he was right, mine also did not propagate out.  Is there something I am missing?  Once you publish, shouldn't that....publish.

I figured it out.  I had to unlock the property apparantly in order to change the text.  Every time I changed it before, it looked like it changed....but it didn't.  That can be confusing.  I wish I could turn that lock propery off as default.

Did you try a pull to refresh?

I'm pretty sure.  Is there some special way to refresh?
