Updating multiple SharePoint line items in a single form

Hello,

Scenario:

I have a gallery bound to a SQL View. When I click a record in the gallery it opens a edit form. I have SharePoint fields that correlate to the SQL field that I want to update. So I created two forms for this screen. One form is using the SQL View and the other form references the SQL view form which determines which SharePoint item I want to update.

The table below give An idea of how the SharePoint list is  created. The SO Number column matches the same field in the SQL View. I think I have the correct formula to choose the correct SO line but I'm having trouble choose the correct date item that corresponds to the correct SO Line Number.

SO NumberSO Line NumberDate
5281
5282
5283
5284
5285
5286
6281
6282
6283
6284
6285

This is the default control for the SO Line Number filed in SharePoint:

If(Form2.Mode=FormMode.Edit, LookUp('[dbo].[_vwSQLview]',SONumber=DataCardValue20.Text && SOLineNumber= "2",SOLineNumber),ThisItem.SOLineNumber = "2")

Basically having issues with referencing the correct Date field in the SharePoint list on the correct line item.

Suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I'm not quite certain what the issue is here. Looking through your control here everything seems to be correct. I'm not certain what is causing this issue. This might be a better question for Microsoft Support. I'll include a link below. Otherwise if any other communities members have any ideas feel free to chime in.

If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support

Regards,

Alex
