Upload a Picture and Send to Email?

I figured this would be a very simple feature but cannot find a solution... basically I have a form created using a data card where users input their information, which I then reference in an html page to send over to an email address. I also want users to be able to upload images from their device and send that to email... Is there a simple way I can reference that uploaded image in an html tag and send it to an email address? Or anything similar?

I would like to avoid using a SharePoint list if possible, however even then I have yet to find a simple solution using SharePoint. Why does PowerApps make this such a difficult concept? I just want uploaded images to be sent to an email address.

Depending on where you store the photos eg, SharePoint, OneDrive or Azure blob storage you could create a Flow or Logic app to then send the images to an email address, the benefit of sharepoint would be that you could save the destination email address with the image so you can specify the destination address in the powerapp.

Really the solution would depend on wether the destination email changes, if multiple images need to be sent each time and your prefered storage location.

So I am going to have it sent to one specific email address. Think of it as a claims system, where users can upload images, and then those images will get sent to a company email address that will never change. I would like users to be able to upload and send multiple images, but if it can only be one I guess I can deal with it for now. 

So all in all, I want the information on the html page and the images to be send to one speciftic email address. How would I do this?

Your concern is well received.

Saving image through Email within PowerApps is possible, but the approach may not be so easy to set up.

Depends on which control you used, the way to handle the image data is different.

For example, if here you are using the Camera control, which just saves the image data into the URL, and we could take use of the URL to convert the image into the actual image file, just as this example shared, there is fucntion available under Microsoft Flow to convert the image into the actual image file, and then send it through the Email Action,

If you are using the Add Picture control, the way to get the image file is a little different, as this control stores the image uploaded internally, the .image property only gets the internal relative path for the image, there is no way to use the property directly to get the actual image file.

we need to take use of the custom connector, to get the actual data, please review this thread for the details about how to work with that.
