Upload file to SharePoint List

Good morning,

is there a way to upload file (PDF documents for example) inside a SharePoint List.

My goal is that user, during a Flow, will receive a link to use PowerApps APP.
Using PowerApp APP they can attach and upload document as "Attachment file".

After that, using a button for example, this document I want that it will be processed by a Power Automate flow that insert this documents as attachment in a list. I have seen that exsist (inside Power Automate).

I hope to be clear.

Is it possibile?

Thanks

Federico

Add the SharePoint list as data source to your APP and place a Edit Form by connecting to the SP list. You will see Attachments control as well.  This will attach documents to list item directly.

This is very common use case and there numerous YouTube videos on how to upload documents to SharePoint from Power App.

Please check below video link:

I hope this is useful for you.

Hi @rsaikrishna ,

I have found different video on YouTube about it.

My goal is to upload documents as "Attached File of SharePoint List record", not Sharepoint Document Library.

After that I do not want to do it at the first input (when create an item) but during the flow.

Thanks so much
Federico

Hi @rsaikrishna,

Thanks for your help.

I have connected as "data source" to my APP SharePoint List. After that I have tried to use Edit Form. I have seen that I can add only "Attachments control" inside the Form.

I need that user can choose the right record to attach PDF file to SP List.

User that will use this app will choose the record (using ID SP List) to upload and attach PDF document.

In other words, the user must be able to attach PDF documents to any record on the list of his choice and as needed.

I hope to be clear.

I did not found a way to do it.

Is there a way to solve it? Thanks so much!
Federico
