I worked in an organization, from where i am leaving this month. i created a powerapp and flow associated with it, as the flow runs directly from my email but when i would leave my email would be destroyed so i am afraid, what i can do in such situation. if i make someone as co-owner after my leaving he will become owner? i never saw such scenario so would be grateful for your input.
I also have a flow associated with my app, which runs every 2 days, how can i assign it to someone as my email will not longer be valid after i leave my organization.
Yes, the best practice is to immediately share ownership of this (and any other similar flows) with a second, active (and adequately licenced) account. Many organizations set up a special "Service Account" specifically for this purpose and have a flow running that adds that account as co-owner to any new flows once each day.
Also, ensure the flows are not dependent on an action specifically related to your account, such as sending an email to your exact email address.
Hope that helps,
