Urgent help please. unable to reassign my power app custom form to a sharepoint list

I have customized my create and edit list forms using power app, and every thing worked well, but today by mistake i select the following inside my SharePoint list:-

111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111.png

so i got the default forms instead of power app forms, now i tried to re-assign the SharePoint list with the power apps custom form (by selecting the second option inside the above screen), but i got this message:-

i click on Ok , but still the SharePoint will render the default list forms instead of the power apps forms... any help please?

Hey @johnjohn123

Try clicking on 'Modify form with PowerApps' then click save and publish once you are inside the editor and then go back to the list page in SharePoint and check if your form is now showing the customized form again,

Cheers,

Sancho
