Urgent - "This app isn't working" error - Session ID

A user is getting the standard "This app isn't working. Refresh your browser or try again later". The app is pretty simple and works perfectly fine for me, but it needs to be rolled out ASAP! Worried other users might get this too.

 

I have a session ID from his error: 0b4a8051-1dc1-4307-cc05-ce81f2bd198e

 

Any help?

Edit - Just tested it and it works for another user, but this initial user is still having the same problem (on all browsers). As mentioned before, it works fine for me.

 

Edit2 - In case it helps, got another session ID from the same user who keeps getting the error: fd7764c8-e919-604d-90cc-956009441a76

We are aware of this issue, and are in the process of rolling out a fix for this issue. I will let you know when the fix is rolled out.

 

To work around this error, can you have your user go to https://web.powerapps.com and log in there.

Looks like this worked - just going to confirm with a few more users first. Out of curiousity, what is the bug here? Why is accessing the app from https://web.powerapps.com not causing the bug to pop up?

Hey,

 

We have deployed a fix for the issue. The reason why going to web.powerapps.com first works, is because our app had  a bug where it wasn't redirecting new users to sign up if needed.
