Use PowerApps to build a Course

Can Powerapps be used to create something like this?

Simply put, your request is achievable.

Specifically, just perform these two steps:
1\You need to create multiple screens containing different course content
2\Create a navigation menu(A gallery, or you can create a combination of multiple controls) on the left side of all screens that can navigate(use the navigate function) to different screens.

In addition, if you encounter problems in subsequent development. I suggest you create a new thread and ask a more specific question, so that forum users can provide you with more specific suggestions.
