User interface : radio buttons inside a table

Hello everyone,

I want to create a user interface which consists of radio buttons inside a table like in the bottom left of the image at this link here: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D4fnGBaVUAAq4Qh.png
Along with the tab navigation.
Does anyone know how to achieve this ? I am fairly new to PowerApps and i can't seem to succeed recreating the UI.
Thank you for any help you can provide me,

Regards

Re: User interface : radio buttons inside a table

for Radio buttons:

1. consider you have a list (KitchenStatus) as follows:

2. Create a collection ClearCollect(collKitchenStatus, KitchenStatus)

3. Create a gallery with ID, Title, Radio control and set Items as collKitchenStatus.

4. for Radio control set Items property to ["Pass","Repair","Replace"]. Set Radio Layout to "Layout.Horizontal" (in Advance properties)

5. for Radio control set Default property to

If(ThisItem.PASS=true,"Pass", If(ThisItem.REPAIR, "Repair", If(ThisItem.REPLACE, "Replace")))

6. on save consider below code to update data

ForAll(
   Gallery.AllItems,
    Patch(
        KitchenStatus,
        LookUp(
            collKitchenStatus,
            ID = Value(lblID.Text)
        ),
        {
            PASS: If(
                lblStatus.Text = "Pass",
                true,
                false
            ),
            REPAIR: If(
                lblStatus.Text = "Repair",
                true,
                false
            ),
            REPLACE: If(
                lblStatus.Text = "Replace",
                true,
                false
            )
        }
    )
);

Re: User interface : radio buttons inside a table

Thanks @Anonymous for your reply,
It got me some valuable insights.
But actually, here is how i want my SharePoint List (KitchenStatusInspection) to look like. Each item in the list should correspond to a carried out inspection. The inspected items (flooring,appliance & ceiling) being SP columns and not items in the list

And this is how i want the UI for the inspection checklist to look like (image below) but i don't know how to achieve it.KitchenStatus Inspection checklist.JPG

Does someone know how to obtain this please ?
