Users can't open app

Hi Everybody,


A lot of my users are getting the following error when they try to open my app (see pictures below).
The main problem is that they can't log in to the connection which is SharePoint. When they try to fix the connection then it want them to open it with Microsoft Edge. When they try to open with Edge they receive an error (see the last picture).

I made a test on my side, but don't have the issue you mentioned.

Could you try the following steps and check the issue is fixed?

1. Republish the Apps

2. Update the App permission/ Sharepoint permission to users

3. Let them reinstall the mobile client
