Using Combo Boxes

Hi

Combo boxes are a complete pin in the backside - with little documentation.

I have a form with a combox.  The combo box has MultiSelect to true.

The source (items) of the combobox is a different list to the list the field is saved to..

I have a list with a text box.which is connected to the combo box in the screen.

The source (items) of the combobox is a different list.

The plan is that the selected items are saved to the text field in the second list with ";" between them.

Trying to use Combobox1.SelectedItems as the update value fails "The property expects Text Values, but this rule produces incompatible Table values"

How do I fix this ?

Regards

Nigel

Re: Using Combo Boxes

Try something like this:

Concat(Combobox1.SelectedItems, Value & ";")

Re: Using Combo Boxes

Hi Jeff

Thanks for this.

I am assuming you are referring to the "Update" property here.
