Using Push notification to send a notification to the Assigned To person

Hi There,

We have a SharePoint list where we assign a client issue to someone, I then have an app that I have for users who will update the issue and it sends an email to them and the assigned to person.

I have been asked if when the user updates the issue on the app that it sends a notification to the Assigned To person on their app.

What formula would do this?

I have solved it myself by using power automate and using the preview version of the power app push notification action, what a huge difference that makes to it all.
