Using power apps for document library design

So in my document library i have two columns, approver and reviewer (they are both 'people/group' column type). The idea is the user selects the person they want to review and approve the document.

 

But it seems the user will have to either have to 'quick edit'/ or 'check properties' to select the person they want. Is there any way i can use power apps so that the user doesnt have to edit doc properties every time they want to select approver and review? 

 

Im new to both sharepoint and power apps so any input is appreciated 🙂
