VECTOR: EOU Dropdown menu BLANK

Trying to submit request in VECTOR.  EOU dropdown menu is blank.  Cannot submit request with out field populated.

Can you please attach the screenshot  or Code.

But as per my understanding you using the dropdown. So Some time DropDown Need the Mapping of the field we need to select.
Like below you can configure. 

Please see the yellow highlighted and configure the field in Value Property.
