Version Management of PowerApp apps

I have 13 versions of an app, version 11 is live.

I want to revert  to the live version as the code base to continue development.  Basically delete version 12 and 13 and lose all the changes in these 2 versions.

However, when I attempt to delete them . . .

  • version 12 - the only option is to publish
  • version 13 - the delete option is greyed out (unavailable)

How can I revert back to a previous version to continue development?

Thanks!

@sbodell

PowerApps is not going to let you delete anything so please do not try...

Instead, click on Version 11 and then click on the Restore button on the top menu.  It will create a new Version 14 that has the same progress as Version 11.

@sbodell

Generally, only the latest version can be published to be live, that seems to be something wrong with your version13.

If you want to revert back a version, you just need to click the restore, and it will be saved as a new version, then publish the new version to revert it.
