Very basic gallery showing calendar entries for a meeting room

Hi,

I am looking to make something VERY basic.  Purely a gallery that pulls calendar entries for that day of a specific resource.   I want to be able to provide the function the e-mail address of the room, eg: confroom1@domain.com and have it just populate the gallery with all meetings for the day.  I don't even care about details, just free/busy is ok.

I've found a few things out there, but nothing addresses this basic list I'm looking to populate.
