Re: View an email from Power Apps

Hi @nagoor ,

What details do you want to view from the email?

The message id can be retrieve from the Gallery(GetEmails). You can create a new Gallery, and set Items property as below:

Office365Outlook.GetEmailV2(EmailsListGallery.Selected.id)

 Then you can show the subject, From, toRecipients and bodyPreview in the detail gallery.Snipaste_2020-05-20_15-06-31.png

Hope this helps.

@nagoor
To view an email you would need to use the GetEmail function rather than GetEmails. This requires you to pass in a message id (which could be found by browsing the emails returned by the GetEmails function).

Re: View an email from Power Apps

Hi @nagoor ,

The default number of emails to retrieve is 10,you can change it by modifying the Top parameter (Maximum is 25).

Reference from Get emails (V3)
