View or Edit per Audience

Hi,

 

Can I limit one textbox or droplist to a certain user only?  Thanks!

Hi IC,

 

I am not sure if I understand your scenario, please take a try with the method below and see if it would help:

Change the Visible property of the DropDown control or the TextBox with the formula below:

If(User().FullName="UserFullNmae",true,false)

This will make the control  shows out only when the logined user name match the one defined in the formula.

you may also consider switch to 

If(User().Email="UserEmailAddress",true,false)

One thing to make sure is the string specified within double quotes must be match the User().Email, as the match is case sensitive.
