You can use something like this to control the Visible property of the button

Not(IsEmpty(Filter(YourSharePointList,'TeamLeadName'.DisplayName = User().FullName)))

This will return true if the user's name is anywhere in your TeamLeadName column (or whatever your column name is)

If you get an error saying "Invalid argument type" you'll need to change the .DisplayName to .Value or whatever valid variable name you see fit.

Showing a sample of your sharepoint list will help with the column names.

However try:

1. OnStart of the App, set a Variable: Set(MyUser,LookUp(List1,EmailColumn=User().Email,TeamColumn))

2. Then on the Visible property Button you want to display: MyUser="TeamLead"

Kindly give feedback.
