Re: WHY MY FLOW TO CONVERT A HTML TEXT TO PDF IS NOT SHOWING THE DATA.

Hey @Gorilla_8

Please follow the other thread created for this issue on: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/WHY-MY-FLOW-TO-CONVERT-A-HTML-TEXT-TO-PDF-IS...

You need to use the below expression on the "Text" property of the HTML text control:

"<Table><tr><th>Descrição</th><th>Data</th><th>Items:</th><th>Total gasto:</th></tr>
"&Concat(Filter(DataSourceName,'Soma de todos os itens gastos' > 100),"<tr><th>"&Título&User().FullName&"</th><th>"&Column2&"</th><th>"&Column3&"</th><th>"&Column4&"</th></tr>")&"
</Table>"

Through this, you would be able to see the table in the HTML Text control and as well as in the PDF that is generated.
You need to replace Column2, Column3 and Column4 with the names of the columns that you want to display. You can add more columns as well.

Hope this Helps!

Hi @Gorilla_8

Is your issue resolved? If you want to add more dynamic content in the table, you can update it accordingly. If you are still facing any issues, please share more details so that we might be able to help you better.

eg. If you want to add a dollar before the price:

"<Table><tr><th>Descrição</th><th>Data</th><th>Items:</th><th>Total gasto:</th></tr>
"&Concat(Filter(DataSourceName,'Soma de todos os itens gastos' > 100),"<tr><th>"&Título&User().FullName&"</th><th>"&Column2&"</th><th>"&Column3&"</th><th>"&"$ "&Column4&"</th></tr>")&"
</Table>"

Hope this Helps!

Re: WHY MY FLOW TO CONVERT A HTML TEXT TO PDF IS NOT SHOWING THE DATA.

Hi @Gorilla_8 ,

Is the created html file (print1.html) populated with proper content properly in your OneDrive folder?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please check if the generated html file (print1.html) is populated with proper content properly in your OneDrive folder.

Please also make sure the "File content" field of the "Create file 2" action is populated with "File content" dynamic content from the "Convert file using path" action rather than "Create file" action.

In addition, please also consider remove the "Convert file using path" action from your flow, instead, add a "Convert file (Preview)" action, then run your flow again, check if the issue is fixed.
